Leann Picard has worked in the legal field for over 20 years. Leann has mastered all the working parts in the legal field, serving as a clerk, secretary, and now, paralegal. She began her career by focusing her expertise in bankruptcy, criminal, civil, personal injury, and family law case work. Later, while at the Attorney General’s Office, Leann developed a passion for adoptions and family law. She worked in the Child Protective Section for 12 years, where cases primarily consisted of dependency, guardianship, severance, and adoption issues. In 2016, Leann joined forces with Jay McCarthy to focus her career on adoptions and family law.
