  • Cathryn S. Anderson has experience in all aspects of civil litigation, discovery, trial preparation and trial, including complex and large case management in matters involving contract disputes, real estate, construction, bad debt, education, subrogation, employment/labor, property damage, civil rights and complex commercial litigation. Ms. Anderson also has extensive litigation experience in the areas of substantive legal research, settlement brochures and memoranda and drafting of motions. Ms. Anderson also conducts factual investigative research, manages all phases of discovery, including written discovery and document productions.

Injury & Insurance Defense

  • Ms. Anderson has performed extensive trial work as a Plaintiff’s Paralegal, as well as a defense Paralegal in multiple high-profile civil cases. She is competent in municipal cases, product liability, premises liability, wrongful death, bad faith, nursing home malpractice, roadway design, slip/trip and falls, dog bite, automobile accident, motorcycle accident, bicycle accident, pedestrian accident, dram shop and liquor liability, 18-wheel tractor/trailer, and minor child settlements.

Tribal Law Litigation

  • Cathryn S. Anderson has also performed Paralegal services in civil litigation and replevin cases on the Navajo, Hopi and White Mountain Apache Reservations.

Administrative Law

  • Ms. Anderson has been involved with several administrative hearings relating to employment issues of tenured faculty. Ms. Anderson taught the civil litigation course at Coconino Community College in Paralegal Studies.
