Adam J. Wintz

Biography

Adam J. Wintz has a passion for estate planning and elder law. He understands the importance of good planning and how emotional and difficult aging and death can be for the family. He makes difficult conversations easy with his client-centered, compassionate approach. Adam became a lawyer to help people and make a difference. He strives to make working with him smooth and easy, and even fun and enjoyable.

Adam cares deeply about justice and the environment. Along with Brandon Kavanagh, Adam represents municipal governments in land use and environmental issues and is a part-time municipal prosecutor for various municipalities represented by the firm. He is an avid hiker and outdoorsman and volunteers with Grand Canyon Trust.

Adam graduated from Arizona State and began his legal career in Phoenix before returning to his hometown of Omaha, Nebraska, where he had a distinguished career highlighted by multiple Attorney of the Year awards. His heart has always remained in Arizona, and in 2022 he moved to Flagstaff and joined Mangum, Wall, Stoops & Warden.
