E. Duane Weston

Duane Weston is an attorney at Mangum, Wall, Stoops & Warden, P.L.L.C., and has been practicing law for over 30 years in Flagstaff, Arizona. Duane’s professional expertise centers on real estate, business, and estate planning. Duane’s career began on a cattle ranch where he managed the operations of his family’s agricultural business in Nebraska. His Midwestern roots and years of contributions to the family business instilled a sense of dependability that helped shape his professional success. After law school, he set out west with his wife, Caroline, to start a family in Flagstaff. Duane has a long history of serving Arizona clients with legal matters that include contract law, the formation of limited liability companies and corporations, and land development such as rezonings, subdivisions, and conditional use permits. Duane also works in the area of sustainable/green energy, after serving as the local counsel in the development of a large, utility-scale wind farms north of Williams and also south of Winslow, Arizona. A recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Business Planning, Duane has served as President of the Coconino County Bar Association Board, along with other positions such as Treasurer and Vice President. He also serves as a member of the Supervisory Committee for the Coconino Federal Credit Union, the Nebraska Bar Association, and the State Bar of Arizona.
