Biro’s primary areas of practice are probate and estate planning, which includes but is not limited to the creation of Wills, Trusts, Codicils, amendments and restatements, Financial Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Powers of Attorney. In addition, Ms. Biro practices all aspects of trust funding, including but not limited to detailed real estate tracing and transfers, and the retitling of personal property assets.
